REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Effective Date: January 1, 2024
Thank you for choosing MPowering Legacy Publishing. We are committed to providing high-quality publishing, coaching, editing, consulting, and related professional services. Because our services require the investment of time, expertise, and resources, the following refund and cancellation policy applies to all purchases.
SERVICE CANCELLATIONS
Clients may cancel services within three (3) business days of purchase and before any work has commenced to receive a full refund.
Once work has begun on a project, refunds will not be issued for services already rendered.
REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Due to the customized nature of our services, refunds are generally not available after project work has started. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Book coaching services
• Editing services
• Publishing packages
• Formatting services
• Cover design services
• Marketing services
• Consulting services
• Training and educational programs
If a client chooses to discontinue a project after work has begun, any payments made for completed work are non-refundable.
PAYMENT PLANS
Clients enrolled in payment plans remain responsible for all scheduled payments unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by MPowering Legacy Publishing.
PROJECT DELAYS AND CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients are responsible for providing all required materials, information, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client do not qualify for refunds.
If a project remains inactive for more than ninety (90) days due to a lack of client communication or required materials, MPowering Legacy Publishing reserves the right to place the project on hold. Additional fees may apply to reactivate the project.
SATISFACTION CONCERNS
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, please contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns and provide solutions where appropriate.
EXCEPTIONS
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
• Duplicate payments or billing errors
• Services purchased but not yet started
• Situations where MPowering Legacy Publishing determines a refund is appropriate at its sole discretion
